"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

I feel like

we are moving in all over again. It has taken most of the week, but we are just about finished unpacking and putting things away. We have weeded and purged stuff. Cleaned closets and places long neglected. Have boxes of give-a-way stuff. I am really liking the feel of the place. Here are a few quick photos from my iPad. Will take some better ones later.

Serenity comes to mind.

Love the globes. I once talked to a guy who collected globes, primarily lighted ones. When he built his house he had a round room designed for his globes.

I think I prefer yours but then I never saw his.

I have an old one into which I've pushed map pins to show all the places we've visited. There are none in Africa, much to my husband's chagrin.

Oh my word, talk about house transformation! A lot of work, but what you've done is beautiful and always so interesting. Unique combinations with such wonderful items. So your home has been your canvas, brilliantly done :-)
