"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

keep moving mary...

i keep telling myself to keep moving...have so much to do.

getting ready for another visual journaling workshop this Saturday.

and trying to paint for the red barn sale.

i finally got back in my journal.

this is my small moleskine journal. i had painted part of the background awhile back.  worked on it some more and added the packing tape transfer this morning. this was the first time i had used this technique and will use it again.

hope your week is going well.

grace and peace.

Keep moving, Mary...except when you need to Rest!!! Haha. Balancing what we need to do, with what we want to do, with what our Self really Needs...now there's the rub!

Stopping by to visit today (I have always loved your comments on Nancy's blog!) and I am so glad I did! You blog and writing is lovely. :)

I can certainly relate to "keep moving"; at times it is hard to stay focused (I am easily distracted!)with perseverance to get everything accomplished!

Blessings and hugs,
Denise

Great page!
Every week in March we had someone here spending a portion of their spring break with us. I find sometimes my journal helps me get back into the rhythm of where I'm suppose to be going.

Have a great day Mary
