"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

Spring is here!

Forsythia and Japanese Quince, two of my favorite spring flowering bushes.
Both grow in our yard. I love to cut the branches just before they bloom and bring them inside and watch them blossom a little more each day!!

Wishing you all a wonderful first day of Spring!!

Mary you do know how to make the most of everything. Like Brandi I'm blown away at the size of the canvass, talk about spread your wings and take on the big stuff! What beauty you bring to your home.

I agree with Diane, these photos belong in a magazine. Would those type of bushes grow here in Indiana? I just love how natural and pretty they look. I don't know much about buying bushes but want to learn.

I can't believe those grow in your yard! How pretty!

My first day of spring resulted in 6 inches of snow and 40+ mph winds.

I live in Texas and it was close to 80 degrees the day before. Happy Spring. LOL.
