"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

If you haven't ever seen Jenny B. Harris's studio photos, you should check it out. She's all about aqua and red. She is a children's book illustrator and she has a great blog and website. Here's the link...lots of eye candy!! www.allsorts.typepad.com I couldn't find the exact place but she is also on flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/47582661@N00/sets/72157594206857123/

SO fun...her style will appeal to you!! (gathered things, treasured past, etc.)
Enjoy...I love the look of the blog!

thank you for your comment on my blog - and for following.
I love the colors in this photo - my studio is pink/turquoise/brown and directly across the hall is the laundry/mud room which I want to do in tomato red & turqoise. maybe pull in some textiles from the 50s.
thanks again ~ Sherry
