"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."
It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

okay your hubby knows the way to your heart, what a great combination of colours. Makes eating even more fun! And as I've already told you, I love the new blog background. The colours set off your wonderful artwork.
If you haven't ever seen Jenny B. Harris's studio photos, you should check it out. She's all about aqua and red. She is a children's book illustrator and she has a great blog and website. Here's the link...lots of eye candy!! www.allsorts.typepad.com I couldn't find the exact place but she is also on flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/47582661@N00/sets/72157594206857123/

thank you for your comment on my blog - and for following. I love the colors in this photo - my studio is pink/turquoise/brown and directly across the hall is the laundry/mud room which I want to do in tomato red & turqoise. maybe pull in some textiles from the 50s. thanks again ~ Sherry
