"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

Then the time came

I stumbled across this quote in 2007 when God began a new and deeper work in me.
I took that risk, and continue to take it.  Usually with fear and trembling, and sometimes at a snails pace, but still moving forward.

Love this, Mary! These words are actually where I am at this morning...I have been working through something difficult...today I am hopefully through some darkness and beginning to open up to see Light. Aaah. I just love the colors in this, especially that warm rose red. Beautiful. Hugs to you. I hope today is a wonderful one! Love always, kath

I have had this quote for a number of years too! I think I will make a spread with this one + the one about a tiny seed from a few days ago...wouldn't they look good on facing pages of a journal?!

Blessings on your days...

'Forward' it looks different at every stage of our lives. Now there's something to ponder, 'what is forward for me at this point in the journey?' Love the pages, love that 'life quote' Good stuff

I understand, Mary
....I'm on a bit of a journey
unfolding as well.
I love how, no matter how thick
we're entangled somewhere, there is always more than enough grace
to lift and free us to wide open spaces
and at just the right moment.
always right on time.
slow is sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do.
