"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

studio

is mostly cleaned

there are areas, like the back left corner of the above photo that need more work...the papers are always the last for me.  oh, how do you like my newest painting?  i am loving it.  will show some close up views later.

this cart has most of the supplies i use for journaling

less used supplies under table

area for painting on canvas and such - everything in easy reach

table with papers, stencils, stamps, pens and pencils

view from the door.  i really like having my table out of the middle of the room.

a place for reading, pondering, dreaming...

still working on the long row of shelves

What an inviting space. But how do you keep that beautiful floor clean? My studio is carpeted (not special, just soft underfoot) but when I work at the easel I need a dropcloth. Do you?

My floor is covered in paint splats! Makes my husband cringe, but I love it!
