"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

we decorated

our tree differently this year. there are times I think all I want on it is lights.

I saw a photo with lights and colorful ribbon. think it was in the December of HGTV magazine.

Meg and I used silver balls and different widths of ribbon. Greg said, it's different...it's growing on him! lol

It all looks very festive! I could never have all that ribbon hanging down, the kids would assume it was to make it a maypole and it would all be knots in the first week. :)

Different is good! Very pretty! I had to laugh about what you said about it growing on your husband. How funny and make typical... he he

Mary, I finally put up a blog post today after being out of blogging for a few months. I hope you will stop by.

Big hugs of love,
Lee Ann

Sorry, I meant to spell "male typical" in my comment above.
