"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

where i was last night

this is where i slept last night

it was such a mild evening i could not resist. and the local news said we were in for some overnight storms

love sleeping on this daybed, tucked away in the corner of the porch in storms

no storms

it was lovely, until i was wakened by the neighbors loud obnoxious dogs...they have about 8 of them and anytime a car drives by they go berserk!!

oh, had my first sale for the red barn sale before the red barn sale

the small color wheel canvas sold

thank you!

Mar, that's got to be a record sleeping on the porch in February......sorry the dogs woke you up......does Greg ever sleep out there with you?

I love your big old southern screen porch...We had one of those when I grew up and it opened off my bedroom and I always loved leaving the door open and hearing all the night sounds and looking at the stars...My porch now is smaller and my couch is love seat size...I don't think I would last long on that....but I love sitting out there at night....

Have a great weekend....love you sweet girl.

Love that daybed. Still to cold here to lay about out of doors, would be nice though. xox Corrine

In her later years my mom had a glider/swing on her front porch and when I went back to visit I'd someimes end up on her swing, wrapped in a quilt, entranced by a good noisy Arkansas storm.

See, I told you that your color wheel paintings would sell.

Some people just know how to live...I'm sure it's a crime somewhere to rest peacefully surrounded by beauty and the outdoors...I confess: I told those dogs to bark, I was so jealous...
:-)!

Congratulations on your Red Barn Sale. It doesn't surprise me at all. You are so talented and creative.
