"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

Love what you've done with the "boxes" with your cigar boxes and globes on top and the orderliness of the interior.

this is so awesome!
I once wanted to collect cigar boxes and globes... that little dream didn't ever get going, but this looks great.

always love seeing your home and the unique things you've collected and what you've done with them. Love that wooden cubby I'd have that stuffed full of paint cause I have nothing near as interesting to put in it as you do :-) You found the perfect spot for your painting, looks great there.

I LOVE your painting so much! It would look so great on my wall. I am in love with cobalt blue and love what the heart represents. Oh I so wish I could come paint with you!!! What kind of acrylic paints do you buy? Especially want to know what blue paint you are using.

Love and Hugs to you Mary!

I love globes, too. I have only one which is probably 40 years old with only one Korea but I use it to show our travels by sticking map pins in the appropriate place. I wish I could collect things other than art supplies, but by the time I have 2 or 3 of something I lose interest. Maybe that's why I like other people's collections so much. Cigar boxes are a whole different thing, being almost an art supply.

I have a white pitcher like the one you have on the top row, far left and the little globe bank. You have a unique display for them!

oh Mary,
I love your heart for this gorgeous planet
and for beauty
and color
and balance
....the photos of your world
and the eyes you see it through
move me almost to tears.
Of joy.
And appreciation.

Your picture really spoke to me. Recently I spoke at a ladies tea about being beautiful to God. Mercy Me has a song "You are Beautiful" with a heart on the cover that reminds me of God's heart and His love for us.

I have refurbished my blog and I would love for you to come for a visit....

God's blessings,
