This is what my painted worktable looks like finished. I'm am a sucker for black masking tape and duct tape, so I used some to mask the little separation between the boards. And threw in some on the side for good measure. I think I will write on it.
My studio is somewhat organized. There is more to do, but isn't there always more to do???
Do something fun today!!

You are so amazingly talented. Thanks for your prayers today, love you.
This table is ultra cool! Wish I could come and Play ART on it.
What a great studio...so envious of that big painted table..it's georgeous...I still don't see how you're going to paint on top of it..it's much too pretty...love the tin organizer.....and the painted heart with wings just makes you want to soar....This is such a happy room to have fun in and create.....

what a fun place to create and I love the table too. Just finished cleaning my art table so I can see the bottom now - yay!
I figured I would begin painting with something under what I am working on, maybes some un-stretched canvas, but I am not going to worry about getting paint on it. When it gets too covered I can always give it a wash of white and re-do it. :)
Your table is really fun to look at, I love it!!
I know I am not suppose to be envious but I AM! I LOVE YOUR TABLE!!!!! What a wonderful way to personalize the space to say M-A-R-Y. I believe your art studio may be featured someday in that magazine, "Women That Create". It's an awesome magazine that I look at each time I am at Barnes and Noble. Have you seen it? You are the perfect candidate.
Wonderful job Mary! Way to go girlie!!!
Smiling really largely after seeing your table!
Hugs,
Lee Ann

Mary you have the best spot in town! Your art journaling group are going to love that 'new' table and the pulled together look of your studio. Love the idea of writing along that black border. Again, can't get over what you did with the table, talk about set the mood in a room.

That is one of the juiciest rooms I've ever seen! Wall to wall smiles:)
And the light coming through those gorgeous roomy windows....!
Reminds me of a song from Mary Poppins..... "Oh, it's a jolly holiday with Mary...when the day is gray and ordinary, Mary makes the sun shine bright."
Love it! And you:)
