"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

Well gee Mary, having all these ailments in common is not the best way to go! I don't know about you but with menopause has come many new triggers for migraines and greater sensitivity to things like low pressure systems. I mean how do you fight the weather!
It was fun creating the grain patterns and slopping paint. I love red, thought I would be using it a lot when I first started out, but I have since found out that red is one of the hardest colours to work with! My hats off to you because you use it so effectively :-)

Like you I've had migraines for years they just went to a whole new level in the last couple of years with new triggers. My daughter who is soon to be 30 has then too, but far less so, thank God! They run in our family as well both my parents, sisters but I seem to have them more often than the rest.
Feel for you my friend and your sister and daughter!
Well I'm glad your the master of the reds, you do it so well along with the other vibrant colours, yummy.
