"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

Snow

We had a beautiful afternoon of snowfall.
It lasted into the night, and it was wonderful to wake up to a bright snow covered world in the morning.
It is mostly gone now.
I would have like to enjoy it a bit longer.

My daughter Megan took these lovely snow photos.
Our Molly dog loves the snow.
We found her just rolling in it this morning, making doggie snow angels.

Wishing everyone a Happy Valentine's Day!

these are beautiful. I live in Canada and nothing. Only a few flakes...I hope we get one good snowday. The new shovels the kids have haven't been used all season. Enjoy this beauty and Happy Valentines Day.

Mary, the pictures are beautiful. It was snowing here last night and as we were on our way home from a neighbor's, we commented on how beautiful it was at night when all was calm. Of course, this morning the sun was out in all its glory and melted most of it...
They truly are special moments in time....
Happy Valentine's Day
Hugs and Blessings,

Love how the snow coats the branches in white frosting. Glad Molly could enjoy the snow. Happy Valentine's Day to you and your family!

It is so beautiful! Molly is adorable and it is so cute that she loves the snow. Our dog Koa does not do snow... he tip toes around outside lifting his paws out of the snow. :)

Beautiful pictures! We just had a boatload of snow too, and the town turned back to the 19th century. No cars on the road, no people in front of the TV or computer. Families were outside sledding on make-shift contraptions, building snowmen and having snowball fights. It's amazing what wonderful things nature can bring when you are looking for it!

It was a glorious snow! Driving home Friday from Midtown I was wishing I had my camera and some boots so I could tromp through some of the woods I was passing.

Beautiful photos Mary, they would work wonderfully as transparencies in a collage. I love your dog, what an expressive face! I'd be using her in my work too!
