"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

To me, these renderings of yours are way too pretty to be just journal pages for someone to scribble on. They are simply art and I appreciate them just the way they are.

Mary, I love these pages...If you want a good laugh, I could send you the one I did yesterday and it would make you feel better...because it's bad...girl....I need a refresher course....I kept telling myself "don't judge" just have fun....well it was fun but Simon, my cat, jumped up on my table where I was working walked through royal blue paint and then preceeded to jump from the table to the couch to the carpet and then into the rest of the house. I had blue cat footprints everywhere......I should have taken a picture.....I am trying to get it out but there still some on my sofa in my studio...blue paint on a green sofa....well I threw a brown throw over and said just relax girl...remember how much you love that silly cat......Do you feel better now?
Hugs......

DJ honey, I don't know if you will see this, but I cannot get to your blog. Everytime I go there I am redirected to another place. I know you were having problems with it. I'll keep trying.

Out of sorts? Oh woman, me too. I took a 3 hour nap today and it felt like 20 minutes. My sweet husband listened for the 2 year old during his nap so I could nap -- can you believe it was 3 hours? I haven't napped like that since preggo days. OH goodness. I must've needed it!! I hope you get what you need to feel in the groove again. Praying helps -- it's ok to pray for yourself sometimes too. Hugs!!

You've been so generous with your encouragements, I wish I could do the same for you. I wonder if the 'out of sorts' feeling might be tied to something you talked about, putting some of your art out there on Etsy, that's a big step, full of 'out of sorts' challenges :-) Press in and see what God begins to unravel and then be sure to journal or paint a canvas about it!

You have such an amazing talent. These pages are gorgeous! I wish I had the outlet and talent to paint as beautifully as you!
