"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

Words??

Still trying to decide if I want to add a word or two.

When I first glimpsed this on my picture file it reminded me of Mary Jane candies.
Anyone remember those??? :)

Oh Mary, I do love the colours here. I don't know Mary Jane candies (we don't have them in England) but for me, the heart over the cross evoked a real powerful image of Christ's love. Classic. x x

Ahh...haven't had a Mary Jane in ages...the only thing close is "Bit O Honey"...and they aren't as creamy.
Can't wait to see what you do with this painting.

This image can work with or without words. What you've come up with here is inspirational. Never heard of a Mary Jane candy.

my comment about your painting didn't show up and I wanted you to know this painting shouted at me....The heart....His heart....the red lines...His blood shed for my sins...the word Life....what He gave me by dying on the cross...Awesome.
