"Once we clearly acknowledge the soul, we can learn to hear it's cries. - Dallas Willard, Renovation Of The Heart."

It takes courage to pursue our dreams. It takes time and patience to unearth buried treasure. But I believe with all my heart that we must do both.

Hi Mary, Thanks for stopping by my blog and the nice words. I didn't know you were THE Mary who was Bevie's sister! I just love Bevie and Ellie is a new friend but we have really connected. Isn't it amazing how women can come together through art and blogging from different parts of the country. And as for your abstract, it is awesome. I'm sure hubby will love having it in his office. And you don't need anything but confidence because abstract are not governed by rules or right or wrong or how long you've done them. They stand on their own and if you like it.....then it's all good! Glad we got to "meet". Hugs, Mollye

Your abstract is great! They are fun. My youngest son looked at one of mine and said, 'what is it?' and I said, it's just an abstract painting. He smiled and said, 'I guess I just don't get it' hahaha He wants me to learn to paint wildlife. I DON'T GET IT! :)

Your paintings are beautiful. I must tell you that the text in your banner, I had to read slowly and carefully, because it felt so beautiful to hear the chords of the words touch my heart. Thank you for sharing so much beauty here. I'm going back now to read it again.

Love your abstract. I keep trying my hand at them but can't quite get the balance going.
