Beautiful birthday flowers...yesterday was my birthday.
And a little journaling from a book I am reading.
God remembers I am dust.
His grace covers my inadequacies.
His compassion waits patiently.
His forgiveness removes my transgressions.
He does not treat me as I deserve.
God is sheer mercy and grace; not easily angered, he's rich in love.
He doesn't endlessly nag or scold, nor hold grudges forever.
He doesn't treat us as our sins deserve, nor pay back in full for all our wrongs.
Psalm 103:8-10, The Message
He knows me inside and out, and he loves me!
Even covered in dust he loves me and calls me beautiful!
