Love it when we experience breakthroughs with our creative expressions. Raw and real, love how you use the black & white in your work, gives them an edge.
I am just up this morning, with a hot mug of coffee on this chilly Saturday, and your three pages were the first things I saw. Even before I read that these were some of your very favorite ever, I thought the same thing! While I always get excited to see your work and how you play with bold color, these rocked my world with color and those carefree smudges of beautiful black! And your words! beautiful, Mary! LOVE these. Have a happy weekend, kath
oh there IS always hope and your pages splash and sprinkle me with loads of it! i like them too, Mary...oh so much! thanks for being such a bright light in my life:) -Jennifer
Mar I love all your journal pages, but agree these are exceptional!! Your use of color is amazing, and each time I visit your blog and flickr I can't help smiling...love ya sis!!!
I love them too, Mary. They are so vibrant and alive!
I recognized your smile from some blog comments over the weekend. Have you ever linked with Jennifer at Studio JRU for Sneak Peek Friday? Would love to see your art there regularly :)
Oh Mar, I have missed you too.....I am so glad your workshop was a huge success...but then I am not surprised.....You are a very talented gal.....
Love these journal pages.....It is freeing when we find our nich, isn't it? Sometimes I think I have only to discover I am off in another direction..I so admire your focus. You got in going on girlfriend.....
freedom and looseness feel good for the soul's expression, I think. Less thinking, more expressing maybe ? Love them. Congrats on what looks like an amazing class too! Happy Tuesday !
your journal pages are always filled with so much energy, color, and art-love! how could they possibly get any better (although, it seems like they always do!!!). keep havin' fun, gal!! xoxo
Mom you should make a canvas painting of the first one about hope like you did with the one that says stop. I would hang it up in my room! Or you could sell it haha :)

Mary, these are AWESOME!! They have a primitive yet sophisticated look and as always I love your bold colors. You inspire me so much!

I'm going to pick the third journal page as my favorite of the three. Makes me want to decipher it like a mystery novel.

I love them too! Most of my favorite artwork was made with freedom. I am most excited when I don't know what my end result will be.
